Our Programs

Practical programs advancing menstrual health and dignity.

Our programs are designed for schools, girls, families, health workers, and communities across Cameroon.

What We Do

How we support girls and communities

School Education & Outreach

We visit schools to deliver age-appropriate puberty and menstrual-health education. These sessions help girls understand their bodies and help boys reduce stigma.

Education

Sanitary Product Distribution

We distribute sanitary pads and reusable menstrual products to girls and women in underserved communities, reducing barriers to school attendance and daily life.

Access

Stigma-Breaking Campaigns

Through community dialogues, awareness campaigns, and outreach, we open conversations about periods and women’s health to break silence and shame.

Awareness

Women’s Wellness Education

We provide clear education around puberty, reproductive health, cycle awareness, PCOS, hygiene, and wellness from adolescence through womanhood.

Wellness

Community Partnerships

We collaborate with schools, nurses, teachers, local leaders, families, and organizations to build lasting support systems around girls’ health.

Partnership

Research & Advocacy

We collect outreach data, track program outcomes, and develop evidence-informed recommendations that can support future school and public-health programs.
