Menstrual Health & Women’s Wellness Initiative
Empowering girls through menstrual health, dignity, and education.
Mavena Health Initiative works with schools and communities in Cameroon to expand menstrual-health education, reduce stigma, and improve access to sanitary products for girls and women.
About Us
We are building a practical menstrual-health model for schools and communities.
Mavena Health Initiative is a Cameroon-based nonprofit focused on menstrual health education, hygiene access, adolescent reproductive-health awareness, and women’s wellness.
Our work began through grassroots outreach to schools and communities, supporting girls with sanitary products and clear health education. Today, Mavena is growing into a structured public-health initiative designed to reach more students, families, and local partners.

Building confidence, dignity, and access through women’s health education.
